How do you ship orders?
We ship via Australia Post (AusPost). For Australian customers, small letters are shipped for free, while international orders have a flat rate of $5 for orders below 500g. Delivery Times: Parcel Post (Australia-wide): 2-6 business days

• Express Post (Australia-wide): 1-3 business days
• Regular Letters: 3-7 business days
• Priority Letters: Up to 4 business days

Shipping—How long does it take?
Shipping times vary depending on location. Australian orders are sent via letterpost with an option for priority mail. For international orders, express shipping is available but can be costly.

I need my item ASAP—what are my options?
In Australia, you can choose priority mail for faster delivery. International express shipping is available but may not be recommended unless for custom orders.

I haven’t received my item—what should I do?

Do You Offer Refunds?
For digital items, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of instant downloads and customisable products. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

For physical items, refunds or replacements are available if the product is faulty or incorrect. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, and we will arrange a refund or replacement where applicable.
