Refund and Returns Policy

 

Digital Items

All digital items are non-refundable due to the nature of instant downloads and customisable products. Once files have been accessed or downloaded, they cannot be returned or refunded. To avoid any issues, please review all product details before purchasing. However, if you encounter problems with your file or download, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

 

Physical Items

Refunds or replacements are only available for physical items that are faulty or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a refund or replacement. Please include photos of the issue to help us process your request promptly.

 

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been shipped and dropped off at the post office (red postbox), shipping delays are beyond our control. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to postal services, especially during peak periods like holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience. For any inquiries regarding delayed shipments, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange for faulty or incorrect items, please reach out to us via email at hello@lovemumart.com.au. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will either issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
